UFC 239 live stream: how to watch Jones vs Santos tonight from anywhere

By | July 6th, 2019|Categories: TechRadar|

That's where Jon Jones and Thiago Santos – as well as plenty more UFC stars – will do battle tonight, and you're in the right place to discover how to get a UFC 239 live stream – it doesn't even matter where in the world you are.

Jon Jones has certainly had a stellar but often controversial career in the Octagon. Defeating Daniel Cormier four years ago for an unprecedented eighth straight Light Heavyweight title defence should have been the apex, but he was later stripped of the title for testing positive in a drug test for benzoylecgonine.… Read the full article

After the Outrage: UMe’s Birth of the Cool Reissue Reconsidered

By | July 6th, 2019|Categories: Analog planet|

After calming down following the original Birth of the Cool review I took a deep breath and listened again. What’s more i realized I had two more versions of the record: a Dutch Odeon pressing (lime green Capitol label) from 1972 (5C052 80 798) with a different cover that you can pick up on Discogs for a few bucks, and a mysterious one from I believe a German label called Good Buy (Good Buy 2 F 671045) released around the same time as Classic’s, which remains the best sounding available and so costs well over $100 on Discogs.

SVS Prime Pinnacle Tower Speaker Review

By | July 6th, 2019|Categories: Audioholics|Tags: |

When SVS released their Prime sPrime Pinnacle pair close3.jpgpeaker series, Audioholics reviewed the big dog of that set, the Prime Tower, and we quite liked what SVS had produced at the top of that speaker series. It was a not-insubstantial speaker as a three-way tower with two 6.5” woofers, a 4.5” mid-range, and a 1” dome tweeter. For most people, a design like that would pack more punch than they would ever normally use. Yet here, four years later, SVS has launched an even more powerful line-topping speaker for the Prime series, in the aptly-named Prime Pinnacle tower.

Best iPhone apps for business in 2019

By | July 6th, 2019|Categories: TechRadar|

The iPad has been positioned and pushed hard as a tool for businesses, but these days many companies produce apps which are just as at home running on your iPhone (which is an even more handily portable device, of course).

However, deciding which business apps to use on a mobile platform can be a headache, and the last thing you need is an iPhone that's filled with so many apps you don't know which to use or prioritize. This is especially the case when there are likely other apps and services you need to use your iPhone for, on top of immediate business uses.… Read the full article

New iPad rumor suggests a foldable 5G version is on the way

By | July 6th, 2019|Categories: TechRadar|

Put this on the more speculative end of the scale for now, but one analyst firm has suggested that Apple is already working on a foldable, 5G-ready iPad to shake up its tablet line-up in the near future.

The tip comes courtesy of the Economic Daily News and IHS Markit analyst Jeff Lin, and it's based on the familiar supply chain sources. A bending iPad could be with us as soon as next year, the report says.

Apparently the iPad would have a MacBook-size screen but we don't get much in the way of other details.… Read the full article
