Shinco India is gearing up to launch its 65-inch 4K Smart TV in India on 19th January. Priced at Rs 49,990 upon launch on Amazon until 23rd January (after which the price will be hiked to Rs 59,990), this might well be the cheapest 4K Ultra HD smart TV in India when it launches.

Amazon Great Indian Festival slated for 20-23 January 2019

The Redmi Note 7 is now the most affordable 48MP camera smartphone

The Redmi Note 7 smartphone has officially been launched at an event in Beijing, China. At the same event, Xiaomi confirmed the earlier news that Redmi would be an independent brand, going forward. 

The Redmi Note 7 comes with an all-new design, a departure from its predecessor, the Note 6, whose design remained largely unaltered from the Note 5. The new Note 7, however, sports a waterdrop notch with thin bezels on the sides. It also houses a 48MP rear camera, which makes it the cheapest 48MP camera smartphone in the world.

Motorola P40 specifications and design leaked

There’s a mole in the house: only a few days after the leaks about the Moto G7 series, a new set of leaked renders now show the so-called Motorola P40 smartphone. It is said to be the successor to the Motorola P30, and we’ve got some specs as well as some photos via 91mobiles.

Sony launches WH-CH700N noise-cancelling headphones

Sony India launched the WH-CH700N wireless headphones on Wednesday, specially designed for long hours of music playback, adding to its range of noise-cancelling headset devices in India. The headphones feature Sony’s Artificial Intelligence Noise Cancellation (AINC) technology, which analyses background noise to adjust performance with the surrounding environment.

Xiaomi AirDots listed in FCC document

Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi seems poised to join the wireless earphone market with the imminent launch of its AirDots, a pair of earbuds that reportedly look identical to the Apple’s AirPods.

These new earbuds have already received certification from the USA’s FCC (Federal Communications Commission). The listed name on the document is ‘Mi True Wireless Earphones’. The FCC document also reveals that the earbuds will come with soft silicone tips, making them a bit more comfortable than the AirPods. They have also received Bluetooth certification.

JBL launches its premium PartyBox Bluetooth speakers in India

JBL unveiled its newest musical accompaniments, the PartyBox 200 and the PartyBox 300 speakers, at a high-profile launch party in Bangalore on Tuesday.

The speakers feature Bluetooth connectivity to play music wirelessly using smartphones and tablets, a USB input option for thumb drives and a 3.5mm audio jack. 

Both speakers come with two 6.5-inch woofers and three 2.5-inch tweeters and are compatible with mics and guitars. Using the built-in light feature users can also choose one of three lighting options- Meter, Pulse and Party.
