There are over 1,000,000 brands exhibiting here at Capital Audiofest … okay, okay, — I don’t know how many brands exactly, but it does seem like a lot this year. Which makes 2018’s event feel every bit like the “premier show of North America’s eastern coast”, that we often claim it to be. Fear not, as the rag-tag band of misfits from Part-Time Audiophile are here to be your surrogate audio show guide.

Here are some surefire rooms to get you started off on the right foot.Read the full article

An Interview with Dan D'Agostino

By | June 5th, 2017|Categories: Positive Feedback|Tags: , , |

Dan D'Agostino

Dan D’Agostino is a name that is nearly synonymous with high end audio. As the founder of Krell, Dan pioneered the development of high powered, Class A, solid-state amplifiers that were nearly indestructible and could drive any speaker load presented to it. They were among the first solid-state components to provide a viable alternative to tubes in assembling a musical sounding, high end system. In many ways, Dan D’Agostino and Krell, along with a select few others, heralded an entire era in the industry.… Read the full article
